Stone for Tacori

I've decided on a Tacori 2620 pave setting for my girlfriend's engagement ring and will be purchasing it next week but cant seem to decide on a center stone and it's driving me nuts. I've done a ton of research but have been hesitant to pull the trigger on anything over the last few weeks.

I've budgeted $12-14k for a round brilliant stone and am leaning towards a hearts and arrow. The setting is meant for a 1.5ct stone but I can deviate 0.10ct either way. Ideally I'm looking to stay within these parameters although from the looks of it may not be realistic:

Cut: AGS0
Carat: 1.4-1.6
Color: G-H
Clarity: VVS1-VS2

I may have to go down to I and possibly an eye clean SI1. Will this have a significant impact on a AGS0 or hearts and arrow cut stone?

Also, any particular reason why Solomon Brothers seems to be so much cheaper than Whiteflash and GOG?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunately it looks like the 1.41 H SI1 ACA for $11,200 got sold on WF. Here's some other options (VS2 options and above look scarce in your budget)

1.4 H SI1 (ask if eye clean)

Also, GOG offers Tacori so you can get your setting together with the stone and get a 3% discount off the stone.

I'd recommend Good Old Gold since they are Tacori dealers. It is always best to have the diamond vendor send the diamond to be set by Tacori.

I think this would be incredibly beautiful in the 2620 assuming it is eyeclean:

Thanks Roqsteady, I saw this one yesterday and was hoping the person who reserved it would back out. I confirmed this afternoon and it looks like it's available so I went ahead and placed a hold on it.

Would you select this over the other options you presented?

Yes, for the price that is the one I would get. Just make sure to confirm with WF that it is eye-clean to YOUR standards, not just theirs (I think theirs is 8-12 inches from the top).
