"sticking" laptop letter keys - help!

GRRRRRR!!!

This is driving me nuts. My keyboard on my Dell laptop has keys that "stick" and are difficult to click.
Which makes typing very hard.

Today it is the letter "n". A few days ago it was letter "v".

What gives? I have to push very hard, many times to get a word typed. What a pain.

Any ideas?

with the laptop off hold the laptop sideways and blow the keyboard off with a can of compressed air.
then turn upside down and gently shake.
