does anyone care? i know the show hasn''t been at its best this season, but it won''t be the same without Michael.

I hope they don''t keep it going without him. It just wouldn''t be the same

I''m so sorry! I forgot to add that he is still doing one more season and then his contract is up. We have one more year of Michael and his shenanagans!
 
No need for YOU to apologize! Steve Carrell, however, could do something to console this fan.

The Office is my only television show. I big pink fuzzy heart that show, and I fear that it will die a long, miserable, and not at all amusing death without Michael Scott.

I think it would be an awful decision if they try to continue without Michael. I love love this show too, but atleast I have others I heart too! Have you ever seen Modern Family? It''s not The Office, but it is the cutest show! A great comedy. I highly recommend it! Maybe it would help during the transition period if you had is distraction!

I can''t cheat on The Office. What would Creed say if he knew I was watching other shows?

And here I was hoping that they''d bring Holly back to Scranton so she and Michael could get back together. (Really, the main motivation for more of Holly is that I REALLY love watching her talk to Kevin because she thinks he''s special, thanks to Dwight. But I can''t admit that, because that would be mean.)

I''m going to go drown my sorrows in a bottle of Mansichewitz.

I love the office too! Steven Carrell IS the show, IMO. . . he is so great in fact, that my husband who cannot stand him, has watched all the series on DVD with me and we laugh our heads off! When DH sees him any other time, he groans. lol

Ugh, me too Haven! I''m a loyal fan, and have just about every episode DVR''d as I watch repeats nightly. I just don''t think "The Office" can thrive without Michael Scott. They do have multiple plots to finish:
Michael and Holly???
Dwight and Angela?
Andy and Erin?

They have a lot to scram into one final season

I agree with his decision if he doesn''t renew his contract. The Office is one of the best shows out there, and while it makes me sad, I say quit the show while you''re ahead.

With that said, Modern Family is hilarious! Also, The Big Bang Theory, Criminal Minds and CSI :)

I feel like The Office has become stagnant. Michael needs to just hook up and be happy with someone because it''s now been 6 years of misery (well, to him)

The JAM wedding made me cry. Love those two together.
