I recently inquired about a diamond listed on B2C's for use in a halo setting I own. B2C was quick to inform me that the diamond was no longer available and offered alternate options. None of the alternatives was a fit for my setting, but I found a different diamond that looked promising and placed the order. I received the diamond very quickly and it was beautiful. Sadly, my jeweler informed me that although the dimensions were close, my setting would require a lot of tweaking, etc. for the diamond to possibly work, so I had to return the diamond. B2C's customer service was on-point throughout the entire ordering/shipping process and the return/refund process. I will definitely look to them for my future projects.
