I am going to vote for option 2/3 as well- bands by Leon in 3 colors to wear when you aren''t wearing your e-ring (or if you wanted to wear e-ring on right hand, bands on left) and then an extra white band to wear on the other side of your e-ring as well.

But I am a stacker myself so I am bias. I wear 3 bands w/o the e-ring all of the time, sometimes the e-ring goes on the right hand, sometimes I wear 2 bands, then e-ring, then 3rd band on the outside. Having options to play around w/ is fun.

Also just to put LM ahead of Tiffany''s, it sounds like LM could do a more bands w/ other gemstones (like birthstones of children) further down the line, so by going w/ LM your options are really endless.

Harriet...I was going to put in another vote for two white diamond bands, one for either side, but I also love asscher-girl''s ruby band in between the two white''s, so I say...GET THEM ALL!!!

Hi you enabler!

Hee hee hee! I''ll take that as a compliment!

On this board, it is!

Harriet, I wear double eternity bands with my diamond.

I really love to mix up my rings, so if you go for the double bands, remember to order in a size that allows you to switch to the other hand. And then you can mix and switch with color.... Even your colored gemstones

I change up everday. Sometimes with the diamond, or a 5 stone anniv. or mix and match colors. They are fun!!!!

Adding to the fun, gives great gift ideas for future bday and anniv. presents)

sorry, I only know how to post 1 pix at a time!!!

another

Oooh, eva, I want to see all the different combinations you have! Pretty please???

Eva, pretty rings!

sorry for the thread jack Harriet. (it feels like a jack since i don''t know how to post more than one pix at a time)

anyone know how to creat a collage? No matter what size i make the pix they always seem to be 56kb, so two can''t fit on a page.....

i will show different combinations,

the first was a yellow band, and this is the pink from james allen.

next with anniv. ring

and last here is one of each.

Harriet, if you are still wondering about double stacking, I vote for the double rings for you

Hi Eva,
No threadjack at all. Do you have a picture with your diamond in between two eternities (sorry for being greedy, since you''ve already been so generous with your pictures)? Your rings are adorable. I would love a rose gold version of your yellow gold one with spaced out diamonds.

Eva, those are really pretty! I love the idea of the wider band in the middle and the two thinner bands for times we wouldn''t want to wear a diamond e-ring.

Harriet, your ring is a beautiful classic look and mine is an antique look. But I love dressing it up with the double bands. I had the rings made a bit larger than my ring finger so I can use them on my right hand. Sometimes I wear the diamond on the right and bands on the left.

DS, i get the most compliments when i wear the wide yellow band with the two eternity bands.

Eva,

Your rings are gorgeous!!! I would love to see your wedding set from more views, please!??!

Thanks,

Harleigh

Hey all,

I''m choosing my wedding bands early because their width will determine the width of the e-ring. Do give me your input. Thanks!

Option 1 -- A trio of Novos in white gold. rose gold, and yellow gold:

Option 2 -- A trio of white diamonds, pink diamonds, and yellow diamonds:

Hi,

Sorry to do this to you all, but here''s Option 3:

I''ll get it in yellow-pink-white and wear it on days when I don''t want to wear my e-ring. When I do wear my e-ring, I''ll just have a plain metal band.
Thanks!

Option 3 is very nice too, but you couldn''t change them around like you could if you got 3 separate rings as in Option 2. I vote for Option 2 since that is my plan as well... if I ever decide on an e-ring!

That's a good point. However, Leon's concerned that stacking the bands will cause abrasion.

Yeah... I just realized I had to give up my idea about 3-sided pave e-ring with stacking rings.
8.gif
Even with just the top pave like his yellow band he was concerned with abrasion? Because it would not sit flush against your e-ring? Or even if it did sit flush there would still be abrasion?

If significant abrasion would occur, then maybe Option 3 is the best choice.

I think he''s concerned about abrasion even with top-sided pave. He does make skinny channel/bead set rings though (sorry, I don''t know the difference between the two).
