Ok, I have a feeling this may be a stupid question by what''s the difference between a square modified brilliant and a princess cut?

a princess cut is a square modified brilliant cut. or, it may be referred to as a rectangular modified brilliant cut. you won''t see the term princess cut on a grading report.
