Soo excited

So I met with my personal trainer today. We kind of did the whole weigh in thing and body fat measurement thing. She asked me what my normal routine was and I told her. The part I am excited about is that my body fat % went down by 5%. I know that doesn''t seem like that much but that is huge for me. When I was going to Curves the lady told me that I should aim to have a body fat percentage of 30%. When I was measured at Curves I was at 36%, now I am at 31%. All this time I had been exercising I knew I hadn''t lost any weight so I thought I hadn''t lost any fat either. Yeah I am stoked and soo ready to start meeting with my personal trainer twice a week and get this weight off for my wedding.
