Listing on DB: http://diamondbistro.com/category/219/Colored-Center-Stone/listings/23429/Jeff-White-Sapphire-Asscher!-3stone-PD-trellis!.html
In Gypsy's words, I am a wearer, not a collector, and I feel sad that this ring doesn't get worn as often as it should. I want it to go to a new adoptive home where it will be worn all the time as it should be.
This is a beautiful 2.15 carat precision cut purple Ceylon sapphire from the fabulous Jeff White (http://www.whitesgems.com/) in a palladium setting with approximately .50 carats of baguette diamonds on the sides in a trellis setting (size 5.75).
If you want something from Jeff White right now, you either need to get lucky on his website, or have him custom cut something for you, as his waiting list is currently quite long. Instant gratification here!
Price: $2100 OBO. Includes a non-inflated insurance appraisal from Richard Wise (this is good as you won't pay inflated insurance fees should you want to insure the ring).
I get SO many compliments when I wear this ring--it's such a unique color and cut, that everyone always thinks it is a blue diamond. Truly stunning in person.
Jeff's stones are perfectly cut to best show off the color of the stone, and this particular one is set in a three stone trellis ring made by Unique Settings of New York, with two diamond sidestones. My jeweler also did some nicely pointed little prongs on the ring. The setting is palladium. It does have some light patina, which can be polished, but please be aware of that. Mostly noticeable on the bottom of the shank. Gorgeous!
The ring comes with an appraisal from the master Richard Wise (http://www.rwwise.com/bio.html) with details on the saturation, etc. of the stone.
Between the setting and stone I paid over $2800 for this ring.
Reasonable offers will be considered, but I am on the fence about selling this in the first place, so I won't entertain lowball offers.
Free shipping within the US and I WILL ship internationally for an additional fee.
Thank you!
Paypal accepted and I will also provide a 2% discount if you prefer to pay through USPS money order by passing my paypal fee savings on to you.
