Small hoop/ring for a cartilage piercing - help?

I've had a piercing in my cartilage for years, and I just wear cheapie small hoops from Claire's. Unfortunately, these don't last long, and I'd like to replace them with white gold or something more durable, in any case. I have no idea where to look, however, and I definitely want something in the small hoop/ring style since with studs, the backs tend to poke my head when I sleep. Any suggestions on where to go?
