HI PS Peeps!

I posted a while ago about an impulse buy of a small-ish Blurple sapphire, and got some great advice for setting from @Autumn in New England and also I think @Dreamer_D Thanks for your input! In the end I had David Klass set it for me with some sentimental earrings that my husband bought for me over 20 years ago.

The sapphire is from Precision Gem, 6mm, 1.1ct. The diamonds are about 3.9ish mm each. Setting by the always awesome David Klass, size 7.25 in platinum.
I'll attach David's glamour pics and a few crap phone pics. It's cloudy today, but I'll try to get more when it's sunny.

Inside. I see more flashes of red with inside lighting, but the camera doesn't seem to pick up what I see.

Overcast (and very cold) outside pic. It leans more blue/violet outside.

Thanks friends! Have a good weekend!

This is so pretty! Looks lovely on your hand, enjoy!

Absolutely lovely!!

This turned out great. The colour is very rich.

Thanks @Dreamer_D ! It really is--you should see it in the sun! I think you suggested that I should let as much light hit the stone as possible. Bezels are my go to, but I'm glad I listened to your advice. :-)

You did the compass prongs!! It looks so fantastic, my friend!! :kiss2: I also love that the diamonds are in a "martini" mounting. The stone is complemented perfectly in this classic ring with a twist. I just adore it!!
