I bought a couple gems from them over the years, a small emerald, some Burma rubies, and I think at least one sapphire. Everything has been fabulous. Their prices are great too. If you like petite stones, a lot of their gems skew smaller. I wish they had more rubies, but that's life. I am eyeing a couple of pears, but I really can't decide if I need anything else or not.

I’m in Europe. Checked both the home network and the mobile data, plus I asked a friend to check, so I’m sure it’s not a me problem, the region really is blocked. How much of the region - idk, but I can connect through Italy.

I'm trying to avoid the trap @Mreader mentioned. A deal is a good deal only if you actually want what you're getting. With this ring, I don't quite feel it in my heart, I just recognise on a purely intellectual level that it's a one of a kind price for a high quality piece of jewellery.

Besides, I'm trying to stick to ban island for real now. I have a large expense coming up in January, and I need to get that out of the way first, it really is a top priority that things go smooth there. If that weren't the case, I could've splurged.

Btw, my husband was the first to notice the ring. He plays for your team, the mischievous enablers, and told me to get it as soon as he laid eyes on it. Y'all are not making it easy on me to keep my resolve, I'll tell you that!

The prices really are great. I wish they were just a tad bigger! There's a pretty but kind of dark 6 carat sapphire that's pretty affordable after the 70% off. It's giving me major Titanic vibes.

There is an unheard blue in the mid 2ct range that after the sale is like $800. Feels stupid not to buy it but that’s more than I would want to spend! There are a number of nice blues around the 1ct mark that are more my speed.

I caved and bought a 1.14ct heated blue. With the sale the price is just so low, I couldn’t resist. It looks very sparkly (an important feature of colored gems for me) and the color is pleasing. I like the shape. I also like the size for a few projects I have in mind. Fingers crossed it’s nice!

I will but honestly how will I know for sure? I've been collecting gemstones for many years and I have been absolutely blind sided by the "professionals". If my eyes like it I will be happy. I unfortunately have bought by recommended vendors and got IMHO pretty stones and also very ugly stones. So fingers crossed!
