Thank you Heart2pearls for the complement. The double ring is two Kamoka pearl rings stacked together. Kamoka does sell a bypass style ring with two pearls.

I have a Tahitian keshi version in silver. Below is a picture of it and another keshi ring from Kamoka. The light isn't the best in this picture but it shows the design:

Here's an unusual setting.
This was a lucky find on eBay, 18k, 9mm akoya.
(My fingers aren't really crooked, just a weird angle!)
