Show me your unique 5 stone!!

OK I think I have found a jeweler that I want to do a remake of my rings, I want something similar to BGD nightingale, but different, I will have my 1ct princess in the middle and 2 round .15 stones on each side and on the each end I want a small maybe 3pt blue diamond, they will represent my 2 boys, oldest birthstone is blue zircon, youngest is diamond, hence the blue diamonds I am still uncertain on exactly how I want the gallery to look like, so if you have something similar (even a 3 stone will work or all rounds ect) please post them and thank you. and also if you know of online vendors that have something similar please share.
