Show me your statement chains!

In the show me statement solitaires thread there was quite some interest in the chains that went with them, and I am also on the hunt for unique chain options that work for a large pendant (worn long) that won’t twist!

Please share your vintage/antique/bespoke/unusual/statement/etc chains! Width in mm and length would also be much appreciated if you have the info on hand!

I do have this 13” antique watch chain I wear as a choker. 14k white gold with dog clip.



And I’ve been experimenting with different width chains for my new Shale pendant but it’s so heavy that even on the 5mm it twists/flips over since I like to wear it at a 30” length.

So I made this chain using pearls (8.5mm white freshwater and variable size tahitians) on a 5mm width black rhodium plated link style chain.


I actually like the result because it’s heavy enough and clipped on in a way that minimized the flipping.

I’m awaiting some gem quality Akoya pearls from @molinePDG and will do another more lux pass at this asymmetric pearl stations style with a rose gold link chain I think and maybe circle Tahitians or black spinel beads.
