[Daisys and Diamonds]

Well, this is the glow-up I have been dreaming about!



A re-set of my mom’s 0.17 ct emerald ring, that had been set in a thin, broken 14k yellow gold band that was missing a few diamonds.



It was one of the finest pieces of jewelry that my mom owned and she wore it every day for 35 years. So I gave it the rockstar treatment it deserved.

Now the emerald lives in an art deco-inspired white gold setting, with custom cut emerald side stones and deco-inspired enamel accents. It is convertible, so that I can wear it on my middle finger, attached to a custom white gold ring that has a milgrain yellow gold deco design on the sides, using the gold from mom’s ring. Or I can wear it as a slide on a gold bracelet that fits perfectly in the grooves of the gallery. Or it can slide along a chain to be worn as a pendant. Or I can swap in two 1mm stacking rings and wear it on my ring finger.



When I opened the box today, I immediately thought of Mom. She was fabulous, and I blinged out this re-set to the max in her honor.
