Should I sell or trade in?

Hey All -
I had a question and any suggestions are appreciated...
I have a .37 princess cut I - SI diamond that was given in a piece of jewelry I can''t decide if I should sell it like on e-bay or if I should take it to a jeweler for a trade in. I know it''s not worth much so I''m trying to decide if I would be better off getting some cash for it or what... Any suggestions?

You can go to the online vendors to see what a stone like yours goes for. It will probably go for somewhere between 300-500.
