Thanks to Amandine I just came across these adorable shoes at DSW. They are exactly what I''ve been looking for! Well that is, except for the heel... The only downside to these shoes is the thin heel. My venue is outdoors in a courtyard with brick floors and is in the "old town" part of Sacramento which is made up of boardwalk-like sidewalks that we''ll be walking along for photos and I''m afraid that if I get thin heels, that I''ll get stuck in the floor! BUT I LOVE THESE! I''ve been looking for something either pink or red with a little rosette to match the rosettes on my dress and I think these are perfect! Should I get them and maybe get some flats just in case? Or keep looking? Do you think they look good with my dress?

Are they pink or gold or both?

Well it says "gold" but I think that''s the pink color with the gold rosette...?

GET THEM!!! They'll go perfect with your dress. I would also buy a back-up pair if the heel starts to get stuck. Never mind, I see you considered that. That's what I would do!

(I'm going to get them too...off to check if they ship to Canada...)

ETA: they don't ship to Canada

I would go for it. And those heels don''t look nearly as thin as others I''ve seen so I don''t think you''d have a horrible time with them getting stuck in between the bricks.

They will match your gown perfectly! I love the fact that your gown and the shoes have the rosette details!

I am happy I could help!

I say go for it...you can always have a back up pair. They are so cute, I love the pink and gold together!

Those shoes are great! I''m getting married in a garden and am also worried about high heels. I found these neat little clear caps to go over the heal so the bottom of the heals are not thin enough to go through grates or sod. Maybe this would work for you when you are walking on the boardwalk surface? Then you could just remove them after the photos whenever you are in a more stable terrain?
