I’m not sure about the 60/60 part...is that necessary if it’s rated excellent for cut? I can try to get more info about the inclusions.I vote no - do you want a 60/60 diamond? Also w/o images the list of inclusions in a SI1 scares me. Doubtful it's eye clean.

I am looking myself at something at this rage ,and you can get a deceint stone for around 7000$ I was looking at I VS quality@rockysalamander
Can you give me a range of what my budget should be for the diamond I'm looking for? I would rather wait until I can afford what I want then buy something sooner that isn't a good diamond...just trying to get an idea of how long this will take. My original stone is EGL certified which I just found out is the worst one...it was listed as F S12 very good cut...I took it to Diamonds Direct to have it evaluated by GIA standards and they said it was actually an I I1 good cut. I was pretty disappointed to hear that, but on the bright side I know that I can look for I color since that is what I'm used to and it will be less $. If I go through my original vendor I get a credit of $5300 towards a new stone, but as you can see they aren't finding good options for me. Abe Mor quoted me an estimate of $1400-$1900 to sell to them. What I'm looking for is a diamond with a width of 6.9-7mm, I color, SI 1/eye-clean, excellent cut that sparkles like crazy. I've seen such a big range in prices using those parameters but I'm learning that "excellent cut" isn't always good enough. What should my budget goal be for such a diamond? Thanks for you advice!
Here is a nice stone but you should ask WF about the knot. This stone was downgraded from ACA.What should my budget goal be for such a diamond? Thanks for you advice!
