Whats the secret to getting a good picture of a ring like that on a hand. Everytime I try to to take a picture like that the diamond comes out looking all blurred and a fuzzy white color or so bright it looks like its on fire?

Proposed on 04/04/2005 As we where coming up through ''Pinnel'' Lock 26

Was nice - last sunny day of the week (we''ve had all weathers this week.. (snowed yesterday and day before!))

Took more pictures on my 35mm so they''ll be getting developed on Monday.
I''ve uploaded some piccies i have on digital so will put a link to them when they''re up

Jim - that was taken with the digital set to ''macro'' so i could move in a bit closer and still get good focus. (easier on a SLR 35mm camera as at least your looking through the lens rather than the viewfinder or a little 2" LCD screen)
