Eternity ring: the diamonds go all the way around the finger, these can be prong set or channel set. Pave setting: tiny diamonds, prong or bead set (metal pushed over the stones to hold them in, but not in a formal prong structure) in clusters... Micro Pave: we've never distinguished the difference, but we assume that it refers to Pave Set diamonds and is simply a different term...
