Settings for ~7mm stones (stud earrings)

I have a pair of stud settings that are 14k WG and screw back but I’ve lost the actual screw-on backs, AND I think the posts are stripped. I remember unscrewing them and thinking they were slipping when they should’ve been rotating. Anyway, 3 prong martini-style, could be repurposed or worn as is. They were a gift to me about 10 years ago, and I don’t know much else about them. :/
