setting help, which one?

Im having a hard time picking my setting for my upgrade ring from the hubby. im either going with a xprong (lucida style), or a classic 6 prong tiffany style. I''m looking for something simple of course.

Which of these settings do you prefer. is one sturdier than the other? how nicely do bands sit against xprong rings.

Oh yeah, and it will be a rb stone
Any input would be great!

I don''t like the Lucida setting for larger stones, because it gets clunky.
