I''m in the process of exchanging a diamond that I had chosen from BN. It''s an SI1 with a feather near the top edge that covers nearly one facet. I was told that it had already been eye-clean tested at 6" away so I was happy to purchase it. Anyways, I received it on monday and immediately noticed the feather from the top-down at roughly 9-12" away. It kinda looked like white laser engraving over one facet. I called BN back right away and they very nicely setup a return for exchange.
To make a long story short, I''m now back in the diamond search but looking for a VS2/G color instead of an SI1/F. I have chosen two other diamonds and would greatly appreciate your opinion on them.
