This will be my first time ordering a diamond online so I would like some recommendations about which one I should select.
All 3 are eye clean.

Diamonds 2 and 3 are about $1000 more than Diamond 1.

Diamond 1
0.921 carat
H colour
SI1
61.6% depth, 55.1% table
34.2° crown angle, 40.8° pavilion angle
Light Return Excellent
Fire Excellent
Scintillation Excellent
Total Visual Performance 1.1

Diamond 2
1.007 carat
H colour
SI1
61.4% depth, 57.3% table
34.8° crown angle, 40.7° pavilion angle
Light Return Excellent
Fire Excellent
Scintillation Excellent
Total Visual Performance 1.2

Diamond 3
1.008 carat
H colour
SI1
61.7% depth, 57.6% table
34.8° crown angle, 40.9° pavilion angle
Light Return Excellent
Fire Excellent
Scintillation Excellent
Total Visual Performance 1.9

I have also included a comparison summary.

Looking forward to your opinions.

Well, all three have an excellent cut. So that is the same, as is color and clarity. I guess the real question is... are you willing to pay 1,000 more for the .08 ct gain? I don't think that the "bigger stones" will actually look any bigger IRL.

So the question is, are you comfortable with paying 1,000 to say you have a 1ct diamond? For that small of a carat gain- .08 is 1,000 worth it to you? Many people aim to buy around .90 ct instead of 1ct to save money.

As for the HCA scores, it is used to eliminate stones over 2.0, as anything below 2.0 is excellent cut. there is nothing to say that a 1.2 is better than 1.9.

Ditto AB here. There is not very much of a size jump between the .921 and the 1+carat stones. If you're sure the recipient wouldn't be disappointed they didn't hit the 1 carat mark, I'd choose the .921. If 1 carat is important, I'd definitely want the stone that is 100% eyeclean-#3.

Thank you AmysBling and SiameseKitty for your suggestions.
I will probably go for diamond 1. Just wanted to check with the experts that there is nothing out of the ordinary. I don't know how to read or compare the ASET, IS and Lab Reports as I have only been browsing the PS forums for a little over a month now. All the pictures from the 3 stones look the same to me... Are the inclusions on diamond 1 considered "normal" for an eye-clean SI1. Seems like there are a lot of them. There is also a comment on the AGS report that says "Additional clouds not shown". Is this a concern? I have also requested the hearts picture for diamond and will post it up when I get it.

Thanks again for your help.

I'm not an expert, but I think it is preferable to have a few spread out inclusions, rather than one glaring SI1 inclusion in the middle. The grading report for the pear in my avatar has a truly scary plot of many small crystals, but is completely eye clean. Truth is, it is not advised to assess eye cleanliness from a report. Instead, I would trust the eyes of the rep you are working with, but be very specific. Is eye clean from the top ok? Is it a big deal if something can be seen from the sides? (I can see a crystal in mine from the side-it doesn't bother me at all, but it would bother some perhaps.) Additional clouds shouldn't be a problem, but again I would ask your Whiteflash rep.

Here is the hearts image for the 0.92 diamond.

How does it look?
Are the arrow heads supposed to be the same in size? I noticed that some are smaller than the others.

Thanks again.

Anyone know if the different size in the arrow heads in the hearts image is acceptable?
I have this diamond on hold until tomorrow so please help !!!

Thanks.

the hearts pic is lovely.

Remember that what you are seeing is the result of photography - it is almost impossible to successfully position a camera to the underside of a diamond absolutely dead-perpendicular to the girdle plane, so small variations can be both variances in the diamond and artifacts of photography.

In this case it doesn't matter - the hearts pic is as good as it gets.

I haven't thought about camera positioning and your points makes sense.
Thanks for everyone's help!
