Hi All,

I'm pulling the trigger this week and this forum has been immense for knowledge and recommendations so that you up to this point.

I have settled on a design very similar to this: https://www.instagram.com/p/Biu_0gpFLlR/

Only difference being I am would like a slightly rectangular shaped stone if possible (1.1-1.2 L/W ratio, but open to a square)

My desired spec's are:
1.5 carat or above
H colour or above
VS1 clarity or above
Cut: no bow tie effect, no crushed ice look

Jame's Allen seems to have stone's that fit this budget, but all square shapes, can I find a slightly elongated stone within this price bracket?

Welcome to PS jagldn...Let us have a look around and see what we can find.
Remember to look at LxW and not just carat weight to see how big the stones look.

Thanks a million, this is right on the money.

The 1.51 would be perfect bar the strong fluorescence, trying to search the site but it doesn’t seem it be working on mobile. Will wait until I’m home.
 
Hi jagldn...strong fluorescence is rarely a problem. If/when you do order the stone have the gemologist evaluate for any oiliness, haziness, or cloudiness
under UV. Like I said, it is rarely an issue but they should be able to tell you if it is. Actually, ask about the flour before you order it and see what
they can tell you.

You can also ask B2c for an aset image. Not sure if they provide them or not. Post here if you are able to get one.
