Sapphire Setting Help

Hi there,
I have a fairly specific setting I have decided upon, but have only seen it at Mondera.com.

I have a feeling I may be able to find it cheaper elsewhere on the web, but I have not found anything yet. Any suggestions?

I have also talked to a couple of jewelers and it seems as though it would be a fairly easy setting to custom build at a cheaper price than Mondera offers. Is that my best option? How do jewelers feel about setting a diamond I buy elsewhere?
