*Same Sex Marriage Legalized In New York State*

Governor Andrew Cuomo did what he promised to do: he pushed legislation through to legalize same sex marriage in New York and then signed it into law! The new law will go into effect in 30 days. New York is the largest state so far to legalize gay marriage. It joins Washington, DC; Iowa; and most of the New England states in making homosexual marriage legal.
