This is usual. This diamond is what is called a virtual stone, this means it isn't part of an online vendor's inventory, but on the lists of many vendors, from the supplier or cutting house. This method gives vendors access to many millions of dollars worth of diamonds, that they couldn't have the chance to sell otherwise. If you are interested in a virtual diamond, you would have to ask one of the vendors to call it in for you, so they can evaluate the diamond. Sometimes there is a charge for doing so, you would have to ask the vendor about this. Pricing may vary also, so you can always ask about price match.
