Salton Jewelry Spa - missing pieces?

Hey guys!

I ordered a Salton Jewelry Spa from Improvements catalog and it came with no tweezers, scoop, or strainer. I thought it was a fluke so I called Improvements and they sent me another one - still no tweezers, scoop, or strainer!

For those of you who purchased one, did you get this stuff with it? And if so, how big is the scoop?

And last, what is the consensus on replacement cleaning powder - where to get it, what to use?

I have the jewelry spa. It came with the tweezer, scoop & strainer. The scoop is small. These tools are stored inside the unit on the right hand side of the basket. Theres a little door that you have to pop open on top. I had thought mine were missing too until I realized that''s where they are kept. Hope they are there.

I know exactly how you feel. It took me quite awhile to figure it out myself

I''m just glad you have them.
I don''t use the strainer that comes with it. I bought one of those tea bag strainer balls that close & have a handle. I put my ring in there to steam it ... I had visions of using the open strainer & my ring flying out of it when I used the steam part.
