Any news about Russian sapphire?
Aside the ocasional brorderline ruby I have not croseed any such gems from Russia until now, so I did not care to stock my book shelf either. Silly! A good load of awesome sapphire specimens (trademark tabular shape, light blue, HUGE) made me connect "Urals" and "sapphire" again and recognize how embarasingly little about Russian sapphire sources.
