The 1.73 is actually larger, not by much, than the 1.74.

Run them thru the HCA.

I think 34 pairs better with 40.8 and 35 pairs better with 40.6. Both of these stones are reversed (34/40.6; 35/40.8).

Of these three, I would pick the 1.73 H.

None of them have what we would consider complimentary angles of pav/crown. Run then through HCA, my guess is that they'll be a "reject". I would make sure to look for stones that are under 2 on HCA.

All three of em score less than 2 on the HCA score

All three fall within PS community preferred proportions.

OP, no images are showing up for me so at this stage, I’d be requesting images to confirm. Especially for fluorescent stones.

As @ringo865 has pointed out, the spread on the 1.73 is crazy good.

Without pictures its a challenge, but i'd rank them as the 1.73 H, 1.74 I then the 1.66H. I'm not crazy about tables greater than 58%.
