roseville, CA questions

Has anyone heard of Douglas Wilson in Roseville CA? He''s a local GIA-certified
appraiser and diamond seller. I was thinking about getting an engagement ring
through him. Any comments?

Also, any comments concerning the Diamond and Gold Vault in Sacramento would
be greatly appreciated.

are you looking at gia cert round cuts ? make sure to ask the seller for a sarin report,that will give you more information about the cut quality.

Thanks for the info vtigger86! I did some reading on what a sarin report is, but
what I couldn't find is how a sarin report differs from an OGI report. Is there
any difference? Also, I assume that all AGS reports have all of this information
in their grading reports.

We're not familiar with either operation. We moved up to Roseburg, Oregon from Fair Oaks, California four years ago so that our business could benefit from being able to operate from a sales tax free venue. You might consider contacting Allison Lebaron of Lebaron Laboratory located in Granite Bay which is right up the road from Rosebille as she is probably familiar with those stores. the sarin and the OGI machine should give you the same kind of information. accuracy wise, some vendors say one machine is more accurate than the other. the information on a AGS cert ,it only gives you the average measurements.where the OGI, and sarin reports give you the lowest and the highest measurements and the average.
