Rosecut with a chip?

Humm...it seems I've won a rosecut diamond with a chip on the girdle. It should be here this week. Any suggestions of what to do with it?

Take a photo of the stone showing the chip and possibly we can suggest something. Maybe a prong can hide it or it could be fashioned into a heart or used as an apple shape with a metal stem. A lot depends on the weight, color anc clarity of the stone, because a tiny stone does not really command enough value to spend a lot on, while a large rose cut can be very costly. Tell us more and take a photo, too.

Hopefully it will be here this week, its .51 by weight, about 6mm around, and the chip is a good sized chunk.
