I selected a rose cut diamond to make it into a necklace from my jeweler few weeks ago and the diamond looked clean from a 10X loupe and very white. When I pick up the necklace, it is beautiful but the diamond now has some black spots. Although it is not visible from naked eyes but it is very noticeable from the 20X loupe. There is no way I can miss it. How can I grade a rose cut diamond? Also after it is mounted I am not so sure about the color. What can I do?
