Ritani Solitare 1.6ct H SI1 Ex RB - guess the price in NZ...

So I was at the mall today and wandered past a solitare on display at a mall/chain-style jewellers. It was a Ritani setting with a 1.6ct round brilliant, H colour, SI1 and 'excellent' cut.

I was going to guess $25k before I saw the first guess, all I can say is Now I'm just throwing out a huge number, $50k?

I was going to guess $25k before I saw the first guess, all I can say is Now I'm just throwing out a huge number, $50k?

NZ $51,000 which is about US $43,500. I thought it was a misprint especially given it had a multi-currency price tag (they sell in the US as well) and the US price on the same tag was US $24,000

We get so ripped off here in NZ!

That's exactly what we are doing! We're leaving for Hawaii in two days (can't wait!) and BGD have sent a ring to us there
