Ring sizing question

Hi ladies!

I am just about to order an eternity band online. I am a very comfortable 5.5, but have heard that eternity bands should be slightly larger than your normal size.

My question is, is there a big difference in size when dealing with just a quarter of a size (5.5 to 5.75)?
