ring size

I finally got my ring this weekend and it looks perfect! However, I now have a dilemma on ring size. My finger does get bigger in the summer time, which is when I originally got sized. However, now that the weather is cooler, the ring is a bit loose on me. I don't want to change the ring size since I know come summer, it'll be the perfect fit. Am I the only one with this problem? Anything out there that can help?

Hi Jenc86, congrats on your new sparkley (Pics please? ),

If your ring is an engagement ring, keep in mind that when/if you add a wedding band to that finger, the ring will fit tighter due to the extra compression of your finger.

If your ring is all on it's own, maybe you could have some sizing beads added?

I'm still learning to take good pictures of my ring. I tried a few times but they didn't turn out very well. Will keep trying!

what's this sizing beads you are referring to? Where can I find them?

i have exactly the same problem. i just wear mine bigger in the winter with another smaller ring to keep it on -- in the summer and in the morning, my fingers swell a lot, so i love that my ring is a little big for my finger - my jeweler suggested it. can you put a smaller spacer with it so it doesn't fall off?

You can try sizing beads, the horseshow sizing insert that stretched to go over your knuckle but them tighens up over your finger, or if you like the look of stacking rings, get a stacking ring to wear on the outside of your Ering (closest to the middle knuckle) that way ti keeps your ering on.
