I just had some of my w/g rings re-dipped in rhodium and they were sparkling white.

Then when I dipped them in jewelry cleaner, one of them turned yellowish. It looks like it tarnished.

The cleaner has ammonia in it. Is this a common thing?

Should I have it re-dipped or will it look tarnished yet again?

What should I clean it with to avoid this again?

It is not the rhodium as it does not react with chemicals. It must be the alloy in the ring reacting. Don't use an ammonia based cleaner...That's the safest choice.

I can't say that I've run into the same thing.
