Restaurant recommendations for Portland, Oregon?

Any Portland PSers out there who can recommend a few fine dining establishments? We ate at Castagna & Little Bird last year and enjoyed both. Unique/uniquely prepared cuisine preferred.

Beast. Definitely Beast.

Also Park Kitchen.

I'm not in PDX, but close and we visit frequently. And, of course, the PNW doesn't really do traditional fine dining--just not our style. But, both of these places are incredibly creative with local and seasonal ingredients.

Thanks from me, as well, katamari. Would you believe that I'm coming up on one year in SEA and still haven't actually visited Portland? I drove through once and flew through once...but actually stopping and exploring the city is on my To Do Soon List so I'm keeping your recommendations in mind.
