Resetting diamond studs

I have a pair of small (approx. 5mm) diamond studs that I would like to reset into bezels with milgrain. The cost to reset them is more than I paid for the pair of studs. Is it worth it? Wondering if I could find a pair already bezel set that would be less costly. Opinions/ Advice? If you have a pair of bezel studs I would love to see pics... Might help me decide If the $$ is worth it!

I don't think I'd do that. I would try to sell those or repurpose them, and start from scratch, unless you got a steal on the studs you have now for the quality.

Doesn't make economic sense to do that. Buy new ones for the bezels, re-purpose existing as recommended above.
