It has a nice color to me. My wife doesn't like pink stones. Does it look pink to you?

It looks a gorgeous strawberry to me. I don't see how you could NOT like it. What are the specs? And what is the green one? Can't be a color change, with both those incredible colors. Anyway, I'm not a nut for pink stones either, but the cut, proportions, saturation & pure loveliness of that would sure turn me on.

Doesn't look the least pink to me either. Very nice.

However, photos and monitors can be deceiving, as they can be calibrated differently. How did the vendor decribe it? I find that Barry's description are quite honest and straight foward.

Love it, and I'm not a big pink fan either. I would buy that if you sent it back

I LOVE it and I HATE pink! So you should be fine.

I don't think I would call that pink. i would just call that lovely! :appl:

You're wife is very lucky!

It's a deep dusky rose color on monitor.

Thanks for all the input. Barry calls it a "pinkish red".

It depends on how accurate your photography is – it doesn’t look pink or red on my monitor but it could be IRL.

It looks more pink than red to me (sorry). Can't see much red. Can see some purple (bottom photo) and brown (top photo). What colour are you actually seeing because there's quite a variance in your photos?

Another try at the pics.

Oh Geez, I can't speak for your wife or anyone else, but that color makes me swooon!
So much interest there!
I loooove it!!!!!!!

I think it looks pink...not that there's anything wrong with that! It's a strong pink rather than a baby pink, just the kind I like.

It looks pink to me in your photographs too. I think it's really pretty!

Looks like a dark pink stone with a blue undertone in the latest pictures. Does it get redder under incandescent lighting?

It can look redder in some lighting conditions. It can also look like this.
