My son's 2nd grade class is having pancakes at school Friday and I've been asked to bring in the pancake mix. I make mine from scratch so I don't know which brand is good-- any suggestions?

Thank you :)) !

I always use Bisquick. Available at Costco in a jumbo box, too.

I forgot the name of it, but the whole foods 365 brand pancake mix is pretty good and cheap.

I just Krusteaz buttermilk pancake mix, so easy, just add water! Always comes out fluffy amd tasty.

Thanks very much iLander, Sakuracherry, and jaysonsmom. I'll be heading out to the store today to pick up the mix. I'm sure it'll be a fun meal for my son's class tomorrow :)) .

I second the Krusteaz! It is my fave by far.

Aunt Jemima all the way. The kind that you add milk and eggs to, not the "complete" mix that you only add water to. I prefer this to Bisquick.
