Recomendations for ipod dock?

DH wants an ipod speaker dock for Christmas. I''m wondering if I can get a decent one for under $100? Anyone have one that they absolutely love? I want a good quality sound..........not sure if there''s any other features that are must have. I''m thinking one that has an AM/FM tuner would probably be good too. Let me know what you guys have and think of it, and where I could get it! Thanx!!!

I LOVE my SoundDock by Bose. It does not have a radio and it is way more than $100. But the sound is fabulous!

Yeah, Bose is great.....too bad its out of my price range. I did look on eBay, and their still going for $250-$300. Oh well. Maybe in a year or two - he can get an "upgrade"!

Ooooh I love my Ipod dock.... I can''t think of what it is called, but I think it was under $100 hang on I''ll look it up for you..... I don''t know if you''ll be interested in it but the main reason I love it is it''s portable. You can unplug the power supply and listen to it when it''s not plugged in. It doesn''t have an FM tuner. My boss has a Bose and while mine isn''t as loud as hers it''s pretty close in sound quality, but again lighter and portable.

I think you should go somewhere like Bestbuy and listen to them all decide which is best for you price range.

Oooo - Mia - I really like yours!!! I like the rounded look of it! Clint would definatley be feelin that! It is more than I want to spend, but it looks like thats regular price. I'll have to keep my eyes open and see if it comes on sale. I'm sure that Best Buy will be doing a lot of sales between now and Christmas.

joflier, spend the extra and get the Bose. I got a refurbished model and it was only $159. The sound kicks major a$$. I have a very nice Harmon Kardon stereo system (very expensive & high end) and this tiny little Bose out rocks it!

Divergrrl - where did you find a refurbished model? Its really tempting to get a bose, but I''d have to take back a couple of the other things I already got him. I just don''t have the extra money right now.
