Anyone have any good recipes for two people. All the recipes online are usually for 8 servings and I''m not good at cutting the ingredients down.

Thanks!!

I usually just eyeball for FA, melt butter in a pan, add some garlic, saute for a few minutes, add in heavy cream bring to a simmer, add in parm cheese, salt and pepper and simmer until thickened. In a separate pan saute the shrimp and then add them to the sauce when it''s done.

Ditto this. I would just eyeball it to make as much sauce as you think you''ll need for the amount of pasta you''re making.

Also, when I''m lazy, I''ve had success throwing the raw shrimp into the sauce as it''s simmering and letting it gently poach in the sauce. You won''t get any browning on them like you would doing it in a separate pan, but it''s one less thing to clean.

Thanks!!
