Hi everyone I received my Salton cleaner replacement (the first one I got the steam didnt work) and it works great the steam is amazing. I do have a question I cleaned my bezel set (thats where the diamonds are set into the band no prongs?) eternity
band and when I used the jewlers cloth they sent with the cleaner it showed black on the cloth each time I cleaned around
the stones. I keep cleaning and rubbing and I cant get it the cloth to come clean I keep getting a little of the black marks left on the cloth it not the metal which is platinum it is coming from where the diamond is set. Does anyone know what this black
stuff is and if I should be worried I just bought ring about 3wks ago.
