Hello!

Up for sale is a Rare Art Deco Octagonal Platinum / Old Cut Eternity Band. I have only seen one other one like it, on Pricescope in days of yore. I found this one on Etsy, with the original listing here for reference: https://www.etsy.com/listing/1016968206/rare-deco-plat-080-ctw-old-cut-diamond. It was sold to me as a size 7, but to be frank, I know that with my pregnancy my fingers have gotten slightly larger and this still fits, so please be aware of that. It was also sold to me as .80tcw, but I also think it is slightly higher in carat weight. Regardless, it is quite impressive on the hand, and it looks even better now than in the photos since I sent it to Single Stone to have the millgrain touched up and engraving restored. They also checked the diamonds and the prongs and replaced three of the diamonds with authentic old cuts since the former three were not in the best shape. It will come in the Single Stone box. I am asking $2500 through PayPal, but the price is not necessarily firm. As I am a private seller, all sales are final. Please use this LT listing to obtain my contact information if interested and/or to make an offer (as I was having difficulty uploading photos to LT): https://loupetroop.com/listings/bands/contact-info-for-donora-ann

Goodness gracious this is beautiful! Bands like this are so hard to find in larger sizes…I’m a size 7.75-8, otherwise I’d be tempted!

Honestly – – and I am not just saying this because you are interested – – that is normally the size that I prefer for myself, too, hence my surprise that this fit me so well even after being listed as a seven. If you are still interested, I would be happy to allow a return if it did not ultimately fit.

I do really appreciate it! My hands swell so dang much and I plan to have children in the next few years, I’m nervous to purchase any eternity that doesn’t have a way to size it right now! I hope someone loves this to bits and buys it soon!

Totally makes sense. I will say that I tend to swell a lot in the heat, too. I had my first baby during the summer and I wore my rings to L&D (and then had to figure out what to do with them!). I couldn't fit in my rings for about a week after delivery, but then they were fine. I'm now 34.5 weeks with #2 and still wearing my rings most days. No idea if I'll be the same size after this one, but I'd be surprised if I weren't since I'm pretty far along.

That’s a relief to know! I’m hoping mine stay the same, my mothers got bigger…*sigh*
