Please help me decide between 4 BGD stones:

I really like the 1.05 J SI1 but want an opinion as to the color of Js on someone with a darker complexion.

Are all the SI1 eye-clean?

If so, refer the J SI1 if you are not color sensitive, else the first G SI1, the 2nd G SI1 has a little too much green under the table in the ASET, the H VVS is overkill in the clarity.

The 3rd diamond on the list, the G .901 has an HCA of 3.0 while the others have < 2, so i would probably put that in the rejection pile . The others look pretty good, although I agree with the fact that VVS is a bit of an overkill on the clarity. Are you limited to those diamonds or just looking for around a 1ct H-J for around 4500-5k?

I just bought a J colored diamond from BGD and hope to get it next week. I am also Filipino so I can let you know how the J looks against my skin.

All the IS images look fine, which trumps the HCA.

I think any would be agood option. It really boils down to your own preferences for size and budget.

For me it is between the first three.

I think that the J color, if you choose it, would look great on darker skin.

J should be less obvious with darker skin tone.

thanks for all the responses. I was worried about the j color, but those pictures stonecold posted look great. i will go with one of the first three BGDs. Now, I just need to pick a final setting. I was thinking the BGD Grace. Any other BGD recommendations?

I love the BGD Grace, it's such a lovely setting. And yes, any of the first three BGD's are winners...
