Questions about Unique Settings

Hello. Newbie here! I am looking for a right hand ring and saw two great settings on the Unique Settings website. Can anyone recommend a jeweler that works with Unique Settings or could obtain the settings and help me pick great stones for them? Here are the settings:

I'm aiming for maximun bling as far as the stones go (excellent cut, F/G color). I have no reliable jewelers in my area, so I will be purchasing via the internet.

These look to me like they are a one shot deal. In other words you don't purchase the setting alone. They will come preset with diamonds. I would contact Unique to find out what quality diamonds they use. While the rings are definitely unique they are also fairly straight forward so they could also be recreated through another vendor with higher quality diamonds if that is what you want.

In addition to Wink I would probably ask White Flash as I know they work with and bring in different designers.

WhiteFlash just made me a Unique Setting 7-stone bar-set band with WF F/G-VS ACA 15ptr melees... I found their price quote very reasonable and the turn-around time was a week faster than promised.

SB621 - thanks for your comment. I didn't think I would be able to get the setting by itself since I am just a regular customer and not affiliated in any way with the trade. My goal is exactly what you mentioned - I'd like to have the setting with very nice diamonds seperately selected and inserted. I am looking at ACA diamonds or Blue Nile's ideals. I will ask Unique about the quality of their stones, though.

Marymm - how do you like Whiteflash's ACA melee? Are they very sparkly? I was thinking about another ring design with WF ACA melee, but with stones that small, I can't tell if they are eye-catching or not. Or worth more than regular melee from WF.

ID Jewelry--they had the best quotes for Unique Settings out of all the places I contacted. They use F/G excellent cut diamonds.

The ring should arrive tomorrow - since they are 0.15ct each I definitely wanted the ACA melee (I had seen the WF ACA melee in the 0.15ct size in a pair of WF diamond hoops that were briefly in my possession, and I was most impressed with their performance).

Me personally, if I could have a ring made with WF ACA melee, I would always go with that option - even with smaller melee - but that is me.
