I''ve posted once before quite some time ago (a few months) when I was searching for an e-ring and now I am back. The time is nigh, and I need some advice once again. I have a few questions about clarity that I have come across in some certs that I have obtained.
1. In one cert, an extra facet is noted as an inclusion. It is my understanding that extra facets are generally used during the cutting process to avoid extra inclusions. Is this accurate? And how does this affect a diamonds brilliance and clarity? Does it have a large impact on value of diamond as well?
2. In another cert, I noticed a cavity inclusion. From what I have read on this sight, cavities can be a feather breaking away or when a crystal is pulled out. How will this impact a diamond''s brilliance and clarity? Does it have a large impact on the value of a diamond?
