Question and advice on bezel mounting

Hi all, quick question, we are very interested in getting a setting that has a bezel with small diamonds which will surround the centre diamond.

Is it possible for us to import the setting from an overseas designer (in the approximate size for centre diamond) and purchase the centre stone locally and then have it all put together by a local jeweler?

I think my main question with this is, is the bezel of diamonds resizable depending on the size of the centre stone?

No.

Bezels require more skill, fine-measurements, and fine-tuning to properly cradle the stone than prong settings - approximations will not suffice.
